Playfulness is a state of being and through playfulness we can touch on deep subjects without making them overwhelming. The very nature of this work touches our inner child and for many of us this is a tender, vulnerable and can be an unsafe space to be. It is through gentleness, compassion, movement and with a ounce of silliness that we move slowly through this landscape. There is no hurry to be playful as we dance with the elements and their emotions
Bryn has been working with Playfulness for over 15 years and brings his own unique playfulness to this work with the Heart.
Holly Stoppit has been a big influence on Bryn’s work and awareness of how important playfulness is in our lives and how incredibly vulnerable and tender we are as adults around play.
At Holly’s “A Well Held Space” workshop Bryn showcased his work around imaginational & inclusive play.

We will end the workshop with a Ceremony to witness your Heart upon the turning of the Solstice. To be in Ceremony take this work to the next level as it’s a time to deepen into our soul’s journey and on the Solstice the veil between world is thinnest allowing us to see more of our true journey in life.
